We simply cut vertically a chunk of comb from the beehive and place it into a jar filled honey.  The comb in the honey is edible contains large quantities of enzymes, propolis, vitamins, antioxidants, pollen, minerals and aromatics left just as the bees intended without any processing or manipulation from us. You can have a spoonful of the comb honey, use it as a spread over bread, french toast or add to hot oatmeal or pancakes….Enjoy!
